It was a long time ago, longer now than it seems
in a place that perhaps you've seen in your dreams.
For the story that you are about to be told
Began with the holiday worlds of old.
Now, you've probably wondered where holidays come from.
If you haven't, I'd say it's time you begun…
So, it's been a few years since the mess with Halloween and Christmas and so far all's been well. Jack and Sally are finally together, which many believe to be one long overdo couple. Halloweentown is better then ever at scaring people and the Pumpkin King is right back in the swing of things, his love for the sound of screams very much renewed.
But things have been a bit odd as of late, after all calms can only last so long in a world of fright. There have been whispers in the wind that the awful old Oogie Boogie has returned and is laying in wait on the outskirts of the town, bidding his time until he can claim revenge on poor old Jack for what he did to him and his bugs.
And as if that wasn't bad enough it seems that the Door to the Realm of Mortals has been malfunctioning (coinciding with the whispers of Oogies revival), and it has opened up passageways to some very strange inner worlds, giving the mortals and the Halloween Town folks the ability to move between the worlds at will.
Things are becoming rather hard to keep track of, so now it's time to choose your path, are you with the Pumpkin King or against him? And what of these other realms with there own special 'heros'?
